Our New Addition--Rookie

A New Year

Well, it has been a busy start to the new year already. Katelyn is still raising Kiwi for the fair in April. We have learned alot about raising a pig.

January got so cold we made an Ice Tree in our front yard. The girls loved it as well as our neighbors. We even had people stopping to take pictures from the road.

It's Official!!!

Katelyn has her restricted DL. She was so excited and of course I took pictures. I think she was embarressed because there were alot of people there. Oh well, she will appreciate it later.

Summer has been busy....

Well I can say since school has been out we have been super busy. Katelyn went to State Convention with FFA, home a day and then to her aunts house to help her with some projects, then back to us for a couple of days then of to Florida Outdoor Adventure with FFA. McKenzie and Jordan have been hanging out with their friends Abi, Emily, Victoria, and Preston. They are either riding bikes, swimming or doing something.

At a local movie theater they offer movies at a discount on Wednesdays so we have been going. With admission for 3 and popcorn, drink and candy, I get away with only paying $18.00 for all of us. That wouldn't even get us in at the regular movie price at other theaters.

Also, in between all this, Katelyn turned 15 on Saturday.

Well, two of our girls are with there aunt/grandma for 2 days then ALL of the girls are off to their other grandparents house for 10 days and we are off on a 4 day cruise (whoo hooo).

I SURVIVED the Safety Patrol Trip!!!

Here are only some of the pictures I promised. Again, we had a great time!!

What a blast!! I have been gone for 2 days with the KHES 5 & 6th grade safety patrol. We went to Sea World and Discovery Cove. I am truly exhausted, but had a blast. I have LOTS of pictures and will post some a little later, so keep checking back :)
