Jordan's Kindergarten Water Day

Jordan had a blast at water day. They had several activities and she went from one thing to the next. She also had her favorite-watermelon-yum!!

What an exciting day it was on Friday. Today was the day that the school was posting the list to see if you made Safety Patrol. Did I make it?????

McKenzie's Gym Recital

McKenzie did such a great job last night, we are so proud our her. She recently moved up a level and made Hotshots. Way to go McKenzie!!

No Power, okay, let's go to Johnny's

We were without power for almost 3 hours tonight. We had planned on having Breakfast for dinner, however, the power thought otherwise. Anyway, Eric got home from physical therapy and we waited for awhile, but at 6:15, we decided to go to Johnny's.

Of course the girl's were excited. When we ordered Jordan kept saying she wanted a salad but we ordered her a pork plate and she finished that and some curly fries and said, "MOM, can I please have some salad. " So I ordered her a salad and she ate half and we took the other half home. The point her is that when she got the salad, she said "come to mama". I don't know where she got this from, but Eric and I were laughing. She is a stinker :)

Well by the time we got home we had power, YEAH! The girls went to bed and I am now catching up on email and other stuff since the power was out. Good night and talk with you again soon.

What a Beautiful Day!

Okay, I must admit I was a little worried at first this morning when I looked outside, but it turned out to be a beautiful day. Eric got the yard mowed and then we swam in the pool, cooked hamburgers and hotdogs and had some friends over.

Now I will begin to prepare for school tomorrow-yuck, but only 8 1/2 days left. Hope all had a good day.

All is well here...

Another rainy day, but remember we do need the rain. I have finished dinner, cleaned up the kitchen, finishing laundry, folding laundry, and then putting away laundry. Thanks to Katelyn's help it is going much faster. Trying to finish up before the season finale of Criminal Minds, which is one of my favorite shows along with NCIS, Flashpoint and Law & Order. All shows dealing with cops, investigations, etc.

Well I am going to finish my chores. Good night, sleep tight and don't float away ;)

Okay, I am a very plain and simple person, not frilly or girly so therefore I felt my blog didn't match me or my family. Well, I believe I have found the perfect match. Let me know what you think

Rainy Day

Hello again.. It was such a lazy, rainy day today, that I treated myself to a nap. I know, can you beleive it. Anyway, now I am playing catch up doing laundry, dishes, and getting dinner ready. Oh well, it was worth it.
