Summer has been busy....

Well I can say since school has been out we have been super busy. Katelyn went to State Convention with FFA, home a day and then to her aunts house to help her with some projects, then back to us for a couple of days then of to Florida Outdoor Adventure with FFA. McKenzie and Jordan have been hanging out with their friends Abi, Emily, Victoria, and Preston. They are either riding bikes, swimming or doing something.

At a local movie theater they offer movies at a discount on Wednesdays so we have been going. With admission for 3 and popcorn, drink and candy, I get away with only paying $18.00 for all of us. That wouldn't even get us in at the regular movie price at other theaters.

Also, in between all this, Katelyn turned 15 on Saturday.

Well, two of our girls are with there aunt/grandma for 2 days then ALL of the girls are off to their other grandparents house for 10 days and we are off on a 4 day cruise (whoo hooo).

I SURVIVED the Safety Patrol Trip!!!

Here are only some of the pictures I promised. Again, we had a great time!!

What a blast!! I have been gone for 2 days with the KHES 5 & 6th grade safety patrol. We went to Sea World and Discovery Cove. I am truly exhausted, but had a blast. I have LOTS of pictures and will post some a little later, so keep checking back :)

Jordan's Kindergarten Water Day

Jordan had a blast at water day. They had several activities and she went from one thing to the next. She also had her favorite-watermelon-yum!!

What an exciting day it was on Friday. Today was the day that the school was posting the list to see if you made Safety Patrol. Did I make it?????

McKenzie's Gym Recital

McKenzie did such a great job last night, we are so proud our her. She recently moved up a level and made Hotshots. Way to go McKenzie!!

No Power, okay, let's go to Johnny's

We were without power for almost 3 hours tonight. We had planned on having Breakfast for dinner, however, the power thought otherwise. Anyway, Eric got home from physical therapy and we waited for awhile, but at 6:15, we decided to go to Johnny's.

Of course the girl's were excited. When we ordered Jordan kept saying she wanted a salad but we ordered her a pork plate and she finished that and some curly fries and said, "MOM, can I please have some salad. " So I ordered her a salad and she ate half and we took the other half home. The point her is that when she got the salad, she said "come to mama". I don't know where she got this from, but Eric and I were laughing. She is a stinker :)

Well by the time we got home we had power, YEAH! The girls went to bed and I am now catching up on email and other stuff since the power was out. Good night and talk with you again soon.
